In order to improve the communication efficiency between beacon antennas of flight recorder and the synchronous satellite, a beacon antenna controller based on synchronous satellite has been designed. The optimal communication antenna selection is realized by calculating the angle between the aircraft and the synchronous satellite using Global Positioning System (GPS) position information and flight attitude. The simulation and experimental results show that reliable automatic switch of the antenna can be realized by the antenna controller which can accurately calculate the angle between the aircraft and the satellite after receiving the position and posture information.U svrhu unaprjeđenja efikasnosti komunikacije između antena odašiljača snimatelja leta i geosinkronog satelita, sintetiziran je odgovarajući regulator antene odašiljača.

Water Pipeline Leakage Detection Based on Machine Learning and Wireless Sensor Networks

    Get PDF
The detection of water pipeline leakage is important to ensure that water supply networks can operate safely and conserve water resources. To address the lack of intelligent and the low efficiency of conventional leakage detection methods, this paper designs a leakage detection method based on machine learning and wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The system employs wireless sensors installed on pipelines to collect data and utilizes the 4G network to perform remote data transmission. A leakage triggered networking method is proposed to reduce the wireless sensor network’s energy consumption and prolong the system life cycle effectively. To enhance the precision and intelligence of leakage detection, we propose a leakage identification method that employs the intrinsic mode function, approximate entropy, and principal component analysis to construct a signal feature set and that uses a support vector machine (SVM) as a classifier to perform leakage detection. Simulation analysis and experimental results indicate that the proposed leakage identification method can effectively identify the water pipeline leakage and has lower energy consumption than the networking methods used in conventional wireless sensor networks

    8β-Acetoxy-14α-benzoyloxy-N-methyl-13β,15α-dihydroxy-1α,6α,16β-trimethoxy-4β-(methoxymethyl)aconitane: hypaconitine isolated from ‘fuzi’

The title compound, C33H45NO10, has an aconitine carbon skeleton with four six-membered rings and two five-membered rings. The five-membered rings adopt envelope configurations and the six-membered N-containing heterocyclic ring displays a chair conformation. Two intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds occur

The title compound, C27H40O4, was obtained from the oxidation of (25R)-3b-hydroxy-5a-spirostan-12-one (Hecogenin) by Jone’s reagent. The molecule contains six alicyclic and heterocyclic rings, all trans-fused, among which four six-membered rings adopt similar chair conformations while two five-membered rings assume an envelope conformation

In the structure of the title compound, 2[Ag(C10H8N2)(H2O)](C7H6NO2)(NO3)·H2O, the AgI atom is three-coordinated in a T-shaped configuration by two N atoms from two symmetry-related 4,4′-bipyridine (bipy) ligands at short distances and by one water O atom at a longer distance. Each bipy ligand bridges two neighbouring AgI atoms, forming a chain structure extending parallel to [101]. The complete 4-aminobenzoate anion, the nitrate anion and the uncoordinated water molecule are located on mirror planes: together with the coordinated water molecule, they form N—H⋯O, O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, stabilizing the crystal structure

Artifactual pyrosequencing reads in multiple-displacement-amplified sediment metagenomes from the Red Sea

The Multiple Displacement Amplification (MDA) protocol is reported to introduce different artifacts into DNA samples with impurities. In this study, we report an artifactual effect of MDA with sediment DNA samples from a deep-sea brine basin in the Red Sea. In the metagenomes, we showed the presence of abundant artifactual 454 pyrosequencing reads over sizes of 50 to 220 bp. Gene fragments translocated from neighboring gene regions were identified in these reads. Occasionally, the translocation occurred between the gene fragments from different species. Reads containing these gene fragments could form a strong stem-loop structure. More than 60% of the artifactual reads could fit the structural models. MDA amplification is probably responsible for the massive generation of the artifactual reads with the secondary structure in the metagenomes. Possible sources of the translocations and structures are discussed

Background. Atopic dermatitis (AD) has become a common skin disease that requires systematic and comprehensive treatment to achieve adequate clinical control. Traditional Chinese medicines and related treatments have shown clinical effects for AD in many studies. But the systematic reviews and meta-analyses for them are lacking. Objective. The systematic review and meta-analysis based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement were conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicines and related treatments for AD treatment. Methods. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were searched based on standardized searching rules in eight medical databases from the inception up to December 2016 and a total of 24 articles with 1,618 patients were enrolled in this meta-analysis. Results. The results revealed that traditional Chinese medicines and related treatments did not show statistical differences in clinical effectiveness, SCORAD amelioration, and SSRI amelioration for AD treatment compared with control group. However, EASI amelioration of traditional Chinese medicines and related treatments for AD was superior to control group. Conclusion. We need to make conclusion cautiously for the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine and related treatment on AD therapy. More standard, multicenter, double-blind randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of traditional Chinese medicine and related treatment for AD were required to be conducted for more clinical evidences providing in the future
